# Pricing: The Analog Circle (Analog Circle Membership)

Last updated: October 2026 (terms version 2). Berlin only. Prices in euros. No VAT is charged: we are a small business under §19 UStG.

Two ways to pay. Same membership. Both are paid by card.

## Pay yearly
- Price: €400 per year, paid once a year (works out at €33 a month)
- Founding price, kept for as long as the membership continues without a break
- Includes: placement in a matched Inner Circle of 8 expats; 8 guided dinners a year, hosted in members' homes; 7 one-to-one adventures to explore Berlin; community experiences (hikes, picnics, games night); private app from day one

## Pay monthly
- Price: €39 a month on a 6-month commitment (€39 at joining)
- Same membership as above

## Commitment, renewal and cancelling
- If we end a membership, we refund any unused time. If you cancel, what comes back depends on where you are in your membership
- Monthly has a 6-month commitment. Yearly commits you to the year paid for. If you decide to leave during the commitment, the membership runs to the end of it and the remaining months are not refunded. Exceptions: the 14-day right of withdrawal, the 60-day guarantee, and cancelling for good cause
- Yearly, after the first year: renews at €400. We email a reminder 30 days before, with the choice to carry on or switch to monthly at €39. Cancel before the renewal date and nothing is charged, or cancel any time in a renewed year with one month's notice and the unused whole months are refunded
- Monthly, after the first year: carries on month to month. Cancel any time and it ends at the end of the paid month
- Cancel at https://www.theanalogcircle.com/kuendigen (sign in with your member email) or by email to bolu@theanalogcircle.com
